Decisions sometimes transcend a single property. Federated Governance allows the Hub to broadcast proposals to the entire network.
Creating a Federation Proposal
When creating a proposal in the Hub, select the "Broadcast to Federation" option. This proposal will appear in the Council of every connected Node.
Dispute Escalation
If a local conflict in a Node cannot be resolved, local admins can use the "Escalate" button on a proposal. This alerts the Hub admins ("Elders"), inviting them to view the proposal and offer mediation.
