Inviting your first Villagers

A Sanctuary is nothing without its people. Here is how to bring your community onboard.

Using the Invite Link

Every Sanctuary has a unique Invite Link found in Settings > Sanctuary. Anyone who clicks this link will be prompted to create an account and will automatically be added to your member list.

Role Types

• Villagers: Standard members. Can complete tasks, vote, and log hours.
• Admins: Can change billing, manage memberships, and edit sanctuary settings.

We recommend starting small. Invite your core "stewards" first to set up the Gardens and Rhythms before inviting the wider community. This ensures the space feels "lived in" and organized when new members arrive.
