Member Departure
Removing a member preserves their historical data but revokes access.
People move on. ARA makes offboarding secure while preserving the history of their contributions.
How to Remove a Member
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the "Villager Management" table (Admins only).
- Click the "Remove Person" icon next to their name.
What happens to their data?
- Access: They immediately lose login access to your Sanctuary.
- Tasks: Seeds assigned to them become "Unassigned" but remain in the Garden.
- Ledger: Their contribution history is preserved. You can still see how many hours they logged in the past, ensuring the community's historical totals remain accurate.
- Chat/Comments: Their comments on Scrolls and Seeds remain visible.
