Welcome. Five minutes is all you need to get oriented. Here's the route I'd take if I were you.
1. Set your name and avatar (1 min)
Top right of any page, click your initial circle > Settings > Profile. Give yourself a real name (or chosen name), pick a photo, and add one or two skills. Your skills show up in the Mycelium directory so other members can find you when they need a hand.
2. Look at your Dashboard (30 sec)
Click the leaf logo top-left. The Dashboard is where overdue Seeds, today's Rhythm rotations, and upcoming Gatherings collect. It will look quiet at first. That's normal.
3. Plant your first Seed (1 min)
Anywhere in the app, hit the floating + button and choose "Plant a Seed". A Seed is a task, but smaller and softer. Try a real one: "Buy seed packets for spring planting" or "Schedule next Council meeting."
4. Invite one person (1 min)
Settings > Sanctuary. Copy the invite link and send it to one person you want to build with. One person is enough to start. ARA gets useful at two.
5. Tune your notifications (1 min)
Settings > Notifications. Decide whether you want daily or weekly summaries. Default is daily; switch to weekly if you find email noisy.
