In Shade
You might notice that your availability status (Sun/Shade) resets to Shade (Cloud) at the start of every week. This is a feature, not a bug.
The Logic
In community, burnout often happens because people forget to "turn off" their availability. They leave themselves marked as "Full Sun" (Available) indefinitely, and neighbors assume they can always ask for help.
ARA forces a check-in.
Every Monday morning, the system assumes you are resting (Shade) until you actively declare otherwise. This encourages you to ask yourself: "Do I actually have capacity this week?" before turning your light back on.
It protects your energy by making availability an intentional choice, rather than a default obligation.
